Overcoming Fraudulence

CHAOS Tuesday: Conversations in CHAOS – Show 4: Overcoming Fraudulence. In our fourth show, the team and our special guest, Robert Kelley, a senior professional with experience in IT from start-ups and Fortune 200 companies, discuss overcoming fraudulence. We define fraudulence as an action meant to deceive; it is deliberate trickery intended to gain an advantage or to avoid confrontation. Fraudulence is being contrary to the truth or reality through speech or action. We consider:

  • Creating transparency
  • Standard measurement systems
  • Ethical training
  • Management’s responsibilities
  • Examples of fraudulence

Part of CHAOS Tuesday looks at resources that an organization can use to overcome fraudulence.
